Yoga is not a miracle pill that will bring the answers to all existential questions or physical issues, yet with clever commitment; it will most definitely bring the tools to overcome hardship, to navigate through life with more ease and self-acceptance.
Including different movement modalities in my weekly regimen in addition to Yoga, has tremendously contributed to limit injuries while building more mobility and strength.  Life will ripen me and as I get wiser (hence older!) I want age with grace and to move independently as long as possible.

Beyond Western Yoga stereotypes, fancy pants and the perfect instagram-ble pose, Yoga is for every-BODY, non-intimidating because ALL bodies are made to experience Yoga! This form of lifestyle needs to serve us and not the other way around.

My style is described being very unconventional and dynamic! I intentionally integrate a variety of movement modalities to help practitioners restore mobility, feel stronger & more connected. Classes are playful yet structured, challenging yet accessible, grounding and uplifting focusing always on the power of the Breath.

I do challenge some authentic teachings because I want the practice to fit in the bigger picture of human lifestyle because one size does not fit all. I invite everybody to a positive experience with the understanding that every body is different with with different needs and abilities.

French born and raised, Canadian and citizen of the world, mother of 2, I found in Yoga peacefulness & strength needed for my rollercoaster journey. It helped me as a professional in the Luxury Leading Hospitality and Spa industry, in relationships, during labor but also in managing postpartum emotion or as a wife and mother. But more importantly, I learned to embrace and understand my imperfect body.
Through Yoga & Movement, I commit to invest long term on my emotional and physical well being. Real transformation happens with discomfort, but first you need to show up!

I completed my 200hours-Registered Yoga Teacher Training at Semperviva Yoga College (Vancouver 2013) and found my voice as an instructor, my foundation as a practitioner and my lifeline as a mother and a woman. I am a continuous student of Yoga and Movement, believing that nothing is ever settled with the human body and it’s functionality.

In addition to sharing Yoga in group classes, I do also work one-on-one with clients, teach Chair Yoga, Kids Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga as well as SUP Yoga.
Otherwise you can find me volunteering at my kids school, in a Crossfit Box, on a beach in Hawaii, in the water surfing or SUPing or behind my stove because health also starts with nutrition!

All it takes is to commit off the couch, learn to breathe and surrender to new possibilities.
