Athletes have a repetitive straining training and stepping out of there zone, allowing their bodies to move differently has proven to be very helpful in terms of recovery and mobility. A thoughtful Yoga practice will bring Yin into a very Yang and fiery training regimen. As a casual athlete myself, I noticed that both approaches have helped me tremendously.
